Customs & Duties

If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or refusal, reshipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Return Shipping

For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Coverage applies to verified customers only (original purchaser with valid proof of purchase).
This warranty is non-transferable and does not apply to secondhand or resold items.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions for inspection.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the lens back to us.
We’ll cover the shipping cost for sending you a repaired or replacement unit.
